Swinging music for everyone!

It’s finally out; Vassengutane will be performing at this spring semester’s 2018 kickoff!

These old legends can look back at 20 years of continuous tours and eight records released, and many refer to them as Norway’s best live-band. Vassendgutane are no strangers to Ås and know how to raise the roof in Aud. Max. Finally they are back!

These guys have cracked the code, because with simple and witty lyrics about the everyday life in Ørsta, they combine an informal and comedic twist on country music with catchy melodies and brilliant interaction. It all fits an Ås party perfectly, with steel guitars, accordions and endless swing. With Vassendgutane all Ås-students are in good company!

Whether you have seen them in Aud.Max. before or not, we promise you a memorable concert. With songs such as “Granada”, “Hjortejakt”, and “Hei Reidar” there is nothing left to do than to strap on those cowboy boots for a great party at Samfunnet. We’ll se you in Aud. Max February the 16th!
